Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged during it. You only pay if you choose a paid plan after the trial ends.

2. Subscription Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by applicable law.

If you cancel a paid subscription, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

3. Credit Packs and Usage Credits

Credit packs and usage credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain on your account according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.

4. Statutory Rights

Where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides a right to a refund or withdrawal that cannot be waived, those rights apply and are not limited by this policy.

5. Billing Issues and Disputes

If you believe you were billed in error, contact support within 30 days of the charge at support@alertbase.ai with your account email and the disputed charge. We review billing disputes promptly and will refund verified billing errors.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version. The general billing terms that apply to your subscription remain governed by our Terms of Use.
